Many Cast Net King products are handmade and may be made specifically for each customer.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in measurements, appearance, color, weight, construction, and other characteristics may occur. These variations are a normal part of a handmade product and are not necessarily considered defects.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products. However, photographs, colors displayed on screens, measurements, weights, and other product information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible and may vary slightly from the finished product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all selections before submitting an order, including net size, mesh size, color, style, weight or lead-line option, handline option, and any other available customization.

Once production has begun on a custom or made-to-order product, changes may not be possible.

Cast Net King reserves the right to contact a customer for clarification if information provided with an order is incomplete, conflicting, or unclear.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfill it. Cast Net King reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or circumstances that prevent us from reasonably completing the order.

If we cancel a paid order before it is fulfilled, the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order will be refunded.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, product availability, specifications, and options may change without notice.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges shown during checkout.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered paid.

If a product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or website error, Cast Net King reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order and refund any payment collected for that order.

Many of our products are handmade or made to order. Any production or fulfillment timeframe provided on our website is an estimate and is not a guaranteed completion or delivery date.

Production times may vary depending on order volume, product configuration, material availability, weather, shipping delays, or other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the estimated timeframe provided.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside Cast Net King's control.

Cast Net King is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays outside our reasonable control.

Customers should inspect packages and products promptly after delivery and contact us if an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

All sales are subject to our separate Warranty, Returns & Repairs Policy.

Because our products are handmade or made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges except when otherwise required by applicable law.

Cast nets are covered for workmanship issues until the net is thrown in the water for the first time, subject to the terms of our Warranty, Returns & Repairs Policy.

Cast Net King offers repair services for cast nets at the customer's expense.

Customers may ship nets to us for repair, and local customers may arrange to drop off and pick up nets.

Repair availability and pricing depend on the condition of the net and the extent of the damage. Shipping costs associated with non-warranty repairs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for using our products safely, appropriately, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Fishing laws can vary by state, location, species, season, gear type, mesh size, net size, and other factors. It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a particular product or method of use is legal in the location where it will be used.

The sale or availability of a product on our website does not represent a guarantee that the product is legal for every use or in every jurisdiction.

Fishing and the use of cast nets, seine nets, ropes, lead lines, weights, and related equipment involve inherent risks.

Customers are responsible for using appropriate care and judgment when using our products and for ensuring that the area around them is clear before throwing, retrieving, or otherwise handling a net.

To the extent permitted by law, Cast Net King is not responsible for injuries, property damage, lost equipment, lost catch, or other losses resulting from misuse, improper handling, environmental conditions, normal fishing hazards, or use of a product contrary to applicable laws or instructions.

The Cast Net King name, logos, original photographs, graphics, product descriptions, designs, website content, and other original materials appearing on our website are owned by or licensed to Cast Net King unless otherwise stated.
