Cast Net Warranty and Returns

We stand behind the workmanship of every cast net we build. If you discover a defect in materials or workmanship before the net is thrown in the water for the first time, contact us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once a net has been thrown or used, the workmanship warranty ends. 

Cast nets are fishing gear and can be damaged during normal use by oysters, rocks, docks, pilings, submerged debris, fish, improper throwing or retrieval, and other conditions outside of our control.

Damage resulting from use is not considered a workmanship defect.

Customers should inspect their net carefully before its first use. If you believe there is a problem with the construction of your net, please contact us before throwing it.

We understand that cast nets get damaged. 

Cast Net King offers repair services for nets that have been damaged through normal use.

Customers are responsible for the cost of all non-warranty repairs, as well as any shipping costs associated with sending the net to us and returning the repaired net to the customer.

Local customers may arrange to drop off and pick up nets rather than shipping them.

Repair costs will depend on the type and extent of the damage. We reserve the right to inspect a net before determining whether it can be repaired and providing a repair price.

All Cast Net King sales are final.

Because our cast nets and many of our other products are handmade or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

This includes custom colors, sizes, mesh selections, configurations, accessories, repair kits, mullet sacks, apparel, hats, and other merchandise.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right.
